• Acceptance of the GTCUS : Using Un1ty's services implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTCUS by the client. Any contrary condition imposed by the client shall be unenforceable against Un1ty.

• Services Offered : Un1ty provides connectivity solutions (mobile, IoT, etc.) with an eco-responsible commitment. The details of the available services and their features are specified on Un1ty’s website.

• Subscription Conditions4.1. Subscription: The client subscribes to a service online or through a dedicated contract.4.2. Duration and Termination: Subscriptions are entered into for a fixed or indefinite period with the possibility of termination under the conditions specified in the contract.4.3. Pricing: Prices are stated excluding taxes and may be revised by Un1ty with prior notice to the client.

• Liability and Warranties : Un1ty undertakes to provide services in compliance with applicable standards. However, Un1ty shall not be held liable for service interruptions due to external causes (force majeure, technical incidents, etc.).
