Does the displayed price include the subscription and communications?
Our plans cover the platform intelligence and managed services. For calls, we include our own SIP Trunks (unlimited bundles or per-second billing) so you get a single invoice and simplified line management.
Do I need to replace my existing desk phones?
Not necessarily. Our solution is compatible with most IP phones on the market (Yealink, Fanvil, Snom, etc.). You can also go fully hardware-free using the mobile and desktop apps (softphones) included with 3CX, Teams, or Webex.
