Frequently asked questions

What is CTI integration and why is it essential?

CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) refers to the connection between telephony systems and business software, especially CRMs. It synchronizes calls with customer data and improves both agent and customer experience. With CTI integration, it is possible to: Au tomatically display customer records during calls,Log interactions in the CRM, Automate actions such as ticket creation or notes, Improve interaction tracking CTI is essential because it centralizes information, saves time, and enhances customer service quality

Do calls made from a mobile (GSM) upload to the CRM?

Yes, and this is Un1ty's global exclusive. Unlike standard VoIP solutions that require a mobile app (often unstable), our eSIM technology allows logging calls made via the smartphone's native dialer into your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot...), even on the move.

How does Microsoft Teams integration work with Un1ty?

Un1ty integrates with Teams via "Direct Routing" or "Operator Connect". Concretely, Teams becomes your calling interface on PC and Mobile, but the Un1ty network and plan operate behind it. You get HD audio quality and call recording directly within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Is AI call transcription sent to my CRM?

Absolutely. If you activate the Artificial Intelligence option, the audio file (MP3), text transcription, and call summary are automatically pushed to the contact card in your CRM or Helpdesk just after hanging up. Your client data is enriched without manual effort.

Can I connect my current IPBX (3CX, Yeastar) to the Un1ty network?

Yes. We provide certified SIP Trunks compatible with market standards (3CX, Yeastar, Mitel, Avaya). This allows you to keep your current equipment while enjoying Un1ty mobile coverage and 4G backup in case of internet failure.

Is it possible to automate tasks after a call with Zapier or Make?

Yes. Un1ty has native connectors for Zapier and Make (ex-Integromat). You can create scenarios like: "If I miss a call, send an automatic SMS" or "At the end of a call, add the summary to a Notion base". The possibilities are endless.

Is contact synchronization bidirectional?

Yes, for major CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce). If you create or edit a contact in your software, it updates in your Un1ty phone directory, and vice versa. Your teams always see the right name displayed during a call.

How do you guarantee the security of data exchanged via API?

Security is our priority. All connections between Un1ty and your third-party tools are encrypted (TLS 1.2/1.3). We use the OAuth2 authentication standard to ensure you never share your passwords, only secure and revocable access tokens.

Can I use Webex integration if I don't have a Cisco Calling license?

Yes. Thanks to our "Local Gateway" mode, Un1ty brings the PSTN network (the phone plan) into your Webex environment. You can use advanced Webex features (meetings, messaging) while making external calls via Un1ty.

How long does it take to deploy an integration?

For native integrations (HubSpot, Teams, Slack), deployment takes just a few clicks from your dashboard ("No-Code"). For complex CRM integrations like Salesforce, count a few minutes of configuration to map your users. Our open API allows developers to go even further if necessary.
