How to Install the Zendesk Integration with Un1ty

Installation is quick and straightforward—completed in just six steps:

  1. Log in to your Un1ty account. Don’t have one yet? Visit our signup page.
  2. From your Un1ty dashboard, click “Plan”, then “All Integrations” at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the Zendesk integration and click “Add” to start the installation.
  4. You will be redirected to Zendesk for authorization. Once approved, you will be redirected back to Un1ty.
  5. Your integration is ready! You only need to configure it by selecting the phone numbers you want to connect to your Zendesk account.
  6. Finally, click “Save” to activate the integration and begin automatically logging calls and communications in your customer service platform.
