Absolutely. This is one of the biggest advantages for businesses. Once verified, your collaborators' mobile or landline numbers become their caller IDs on our automated tools. They benefit from Power Dialer speed while keeping their commercial identity.

Will outbound calls from the whole team be logged in the CRM?

Yes, it is automatic and centralized. Whether your users are on Teams, Webex, or the Un1ty app, if the call goes out through our pipes with a verified ID, it uploads to your global Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

Can I manage multiple verified numbers for different users?

Yes. Our admin interface allows you to manage verified numbers for your entire organization. You can assign a specific number to a specific agent (e.g., their own mobile) or assign a switchboard number to a calling group.

How can I log inbound calls without porting numbers?

That is our "Smart Inbound" trick: ask your collaborators to set up call forwarding from their mobile carrier to their Un1ty landline number (provided upon account creation). The call will then enter the Un1ty ecosystem, triggering recording, AI summary, and CRM logging.

Does this feature work for my international teams?

Yes. If you have a dispersed sales team with local SIM cards (Spain, UK, USA...), each rep can verify their local number and use it to prospect via our tools. It is ideal for maintaining geographic proximity with your target markets.

How long does it take to activate a fleet of numbers?

The process takes about 1 minute per number. As soon as the AI Agent validates the code, the number is available. For large volumes, contact our support for deployment assistance.

Can I use my office landlines?
