Can the AI Agent really replace a receptionist?

Does the caller know they are speaking to an AI?

Our AI voices are ultra-realistic and latency is kept to an absolute minimum. However, for reasons of transparency and trust, we recommend configuring the agent to introduce itself as the virtual assistant of the company or the requested person.

How do I customize the AI Personal Assistant?

Every Un1ty user can configure their AI's "brain" via a text prompt. You can give it strict guidelines: "You are Mark's assistant. If a client asks for a demo, give them the Calendly link. If it's a supplier, take a message."

What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?

The AI Agent is programmed not to invent information. If a question falls outside its scope or prompt, it politely apologizes and offers to transfer the call to a human agent or take a detailed message.
