How to Install the Crisp Integration with Un1ty

Setup is quick and straightforward—in just 6 steps:

  1. Log in to your Un1ty account. Don’t have one yet? Get started here.
  2. From your Un1ty dashboard, click on “Plan”, then “All integrations” at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the Crisp integration and click “Add” to begin setup.
  4. You will be redirected to Crisp for authorization. Once approved, you will be redirected back to Un1ty.
  5. Your integration is ready! Simply customize the configuration by selecting the phone numbers you want to connect to your Crisp account.
  6. Finally, click “Save” to activate the integration and start automatically logging your calls and communications in your customer service tool.
