How to install the Zoho CRM integration with Un1ty

Installation is quick and easy. In just 6 steps:

  1. Log in to your Un1ty account. Don't have an account yet? Go here.
  2. From your Un1ty account, click on "Plan", then on "All integrations" located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Select the Zoho CRM integration and click the "Add" button to start the installation.
  4. You will be redirected to Zoho CRM for authorization. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Un1ty.
  5. Your integration is ready! Now you just need to customize the configuration by selecting the phone numbers you want to connect to your Zoho CRM account.
  6. Finally, click "Save" to activate the integration and start logging your calls and communications in your CRM.

Using multiple Zoho CRM accounts? You can absolutely connect your different accounts for different phone numbers.
