    How to Install the Cisco Webex × Un1ty Integration

    Activation relies on Cisco Local Gateway standards. Follow these steps:

    1. Preparation: Log in to your Cisco Control Hub dashboard.
    2. Add the Gateway: In the Calling section, add a new Local Gateway.
    3. Connect Un1ty: Use our secure credentials (FQDN) to connect the Un1ty SIP trunk to your Webex environment.
    4. Validation: Our system automatically validates the connection and security certificates (TLS handshake). The status turns green once the setup is confirmed.
    5. eSIM Provisioning: Assign phone numbers to users and send them their mobile activation QR code.
    6. All set: Calls now route through the Un1ty Gateway and are accessible on desk phones, PCs, and native mobile devices.
